MY HEALTH (OBESITY ) ESSAY
As daily, everytime we will hear about the obesity disease among the society. This disease is very common but nowadays some of us also maybe don't know about what is obesity actually. Definition of obesity from World Health Organization (WHO) are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health. A body mass index (BMI) over 25 is considered overweight, and over 30 is obese. In 2019, an estimated 5 million noncommunicable disease (NCD) deaths were caused by higher-than-optimal BMI. So we can said in the easy way is there are serios health issue where the person have too much fat in their body. It can cause by many factors like mix genetic, lifestyle, environment and body chemistry.
There have many types of obesity among the society and some of cases, the doctor declared it like shape of fruit. One of that is apple shaped which is the fat stored among the waist and abdomen in their body. It usually common happend among man especially on our grandfather because of his age also. It can associated with heart disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome. The next one is dietary obesity an dit caused by excessive callories intake and poor diet. We also have another one that is genetic obesity. This type is get influenced by genetic factor that predispose individual to weight gain.
Furthermore, how the obesity causes from? Let's talk about it. There are many factors can cause the obesity. The first one is by aspect lifestyle, which is the person have take more calories than usually he take and make their daily routine as eater person. By through the next factor is social, this actually get influence by the tiktoker, youtubers and streamer who the person get content in food channel and mukbang. They really want to try to copy eating style of them. This is the bad thing because taken calouries more common. The next one in factor of obesity is no good food among their place because some of us living in place on easy place to get fast food on their corner. Then, medical problem is the factor because they don't have many metabolisme in their body and it's easier for them to gain weight.
Beside that, what will happen if you keep in the same situation that I means obesity. We will see many impact negative from it such as get shame by people. Some people reall don't know how to keep silent and they will mock at you with brutal ways based on your body. In addition, it will get worst by unstable network because getting mocked will increase the stress and depression if they can't control their emotion. In different aspect, they can get the disease for physical health such as it can get the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease and others. By aspect social health, they often face discrimination in various settings including workplace, school and healthcare. Ut also will lead to reduce quality life.
Last but not least, there have many ways to prevent from obesity. First one is get the advice from expert people like doctor, gym trainer and conselor. They have many tips and advice for you and it's very useful for you in the future. Another that, get good circle among you to keep inspiring yourself because motivation from others can make us more motivate. Then, make good choices for yourself because it all about yourself.
